We end up hiring Southstar and were happy with our decision. Our home received amazing transformation. Project was completed on time but a little over the original budget, due to the few changes we made mid work that required additional materials.”

He ensured to get us the best materials within our budget. He was available on call whenever we went out looking for material and needed his advice. Another small yet a very important point for us. Since we have an infant at home, he ensured to cause as minimal disturbance while doing his work, even though it meant he had to make multiple rounds in and out of home while cutting tiles to precision. “Alex from Southstar Contracting completed tile work in our condo unit. We had outdated builder grade tiles at our entrance, kitchen and solarium. They helped us obtain the permit from management office, provided all necessary data sheets for underpayments and the tile, in order for the work to be approved by he building. Demo work was the part we were worried about, but they did cover all our furniture, created barriers and did manage to keep our place super clean while the demolition in process. Removed and disposed all in one day of work. Impressive! The finiahed tile work looks amazing and can tell the install was done by professionals. We love it, same as all our guests who come to our place. We already arranged our insuite bathroom to be done later this year. Cant wait to see Alex and his crew back and make it happen.
